An announced file review inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:00am-2:00pm. Four staff records were reviewed. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Based on record review, the out of state central registry search was not completed within 30 days of staff being hired and an out of state sex offender search was not completed for a staff member.
Evidence:
1) Staff A was hired 8/21/06 and the out of state central registry search was completed 10/18/2022.
2) Staff A did not have a complete out of state sex offender search.
3) Staff B was hired 8/30/21 and the out of state central registry search was completed 11/10/2021.
4) Staff C was hired 8/29/16 and the out of state central registry search was completed 09/07/2022
