Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 2:20pm and 4:20pm. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
