Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:50pm-3:05pm There were 33 children directly supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing outside, making crafts, and playing with blocks and board games. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
