An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 09/19/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 3:10pm and ended at 4:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 40 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
