Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 3/11/2024.There were 23 children present with 5 staff supervising and 1 administrator. The children were observed during nap time. A total of 5 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 1:00 pm and concluded at 2:20 pm.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure the center shall maintain, in a way that is accessible to all staff who work with children, a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. This list shall be dated and kept confidential in each room or area where children are present.

Evidence: Staff confirmed that the allergy list in the 2 year old classroom was not dated.
Plan of Correction: Date will be added to the allergy list.
