Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/29/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:50am-1:10pm. There were 42 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 8 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed transitioning to naptime, eating and having tummy time. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
