Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today between 9:40 a.m. and 10:35 a.m. There were 7 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 17 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed finishing morning snack, reading books and singing songs. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were no medications on site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 1. Child #1 was observed seated in a high chair using only the lap buckle and no shoulder straps.
2. Child #2 was observed seated in a high chair without using the high chair safety strap.
Evidence:
