A renewal inspection was conducted on 01/04/2022. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation the center did not ensure all crib requirements were met.
Evidence:
There was a 7 month old baby observed sitting up in the crib that was against the wall near the door. Right above the top rail of the crib there were pacifiers, pacifier clips/holders and lanyards hanging from hooks on the wall, in reach of the child that occupied the crib.

Plan of Correction: The director spoke with the infants staff during the inspection and will meet with them again to ensure they understand the correct placement, spacing and safety requirements for cribs.

1. There was a baby observed in a crib upon entering the room. The crib's service side was less than an inch as a large bouncer was stored in front of it. and the other side was against a wall.
2. Another baby was observed sleeping in a crib that had one railing side against the wall and the other did not have 30 inches of space at the service side as another crib was about 12 inches in front of it.
