Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/24/22. The inspection was conducted during nap time. The provider had 10 children in care, a total of 22 points. An assistant was also present during the inspection. The provider has lots of play space both inside and out and lots of supplies. Discussed ways to take attendance that would cut down on the papers by using a composition note book. A violation notice was given to the provider with this inspection summary.
