Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 12/1/22. The provider was not at home, 2 caregivers were present with 9 children, a total of 23 points. The children were observed having lunch and getting ready for nap. Today's lunch was pasta with cheese, vegetables and apples with milk offered as the drink. lots of interaction between caregivers and children. Based on the review of the providers records, one assistants subsequent CPS check is not available. Evidence: The CPS check for staff 2 was last done in March of 2017, the subsequent CPS check is not available at the time of the inspection. According to staff 2 it was sent to OBI in the middle of October
Plan of Correction: I sent it in in the middle of October and received a letter back saying they needed more information. I do not know what they need and I have called several times but they have not returned my call.2022.
