Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/18/2023. The provider was present with 3 assistants and 12 children. A total of 28 points. The children were observed working on letters and drawing. All the children went out on the covered patio and played, block play, circle time, reading a book and playing duck ,duck goose. Lots of interaction between caregivers and children. The caregiver are gently redirecting children when they are having a hard time. Discussed contact info for parents regarding child find.
A violation notice was given to the provider with this inspection summary.

Violations
2Evidence: A child was sitting in an infant walker outside on the patio at the beginning of the inspection. An assistant placed another child in the walker after the inspector talked to the provider .
Evidence: The April 2023 drill was not conducted.
