Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interview and a virtual tour of the home.

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 2/23/2022. The provider was contacted by a video call and a virtual inspection was conducted beginning at 1:45 p.m. There were four children present with one caregiver. Children were observed napping. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, and medication. Two children?s record, one caregiver and one household member records were reviewed. The provider is Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified but does not administer medication.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
