Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 9:15 a.m. and ended at 10:30 a.m. There were three children in care ages 20 months through 2.5 years old for a total of 8 points.
Children were observed playing with play doh and having story time with the provider. There is an abundance of supplies and materials for the care age range. The outdoor play area was observed.
Posted information was reviewed. There is a complete first aid kit, a battery operated radio and flashlight. Training hours were reviewed. The provider completed a combination of 41 training hours for the license years (19 hours for the 2020-2021, 22 hours for 2021-2022).
Four children's records, one provider record, and two household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
