Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 2:00 p.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. with the provider. There were six children in care for a total of 12 points. Children were observed napping. Child care areas and supplies were observed. The weekly menu was up to date. The provider was observed beginning to prepare snack of vanilla wafers and applesauce.
One provider record and three children's records were reviewed and up to date. Attendance was accurate. Emergency drills are up to date.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
