Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:00 pm-1:30 pm. There were a reported total of 14 children directly supervised by 2 staff for the before school program. Child to staff ratios were found to be in compliance. The children care classroom was observed to be organized with age appropriate materials, posted daily schedule, snack routine and emergency supplies. Cleaning and self care routines were also reviewed.

A sample of 4 child records and staff records were reviewed.
