Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:50am-10:50am. There were 10 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medication policies, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, playing cards and playing on tablets.Hand-washing procedures were also observed/reviewed. There was an abundant supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on record review, documentation of six months programmatic experience and within 6 months before being promoted or beginning work or one month after being promoted or beginning work , a minimum of 12 hours of training shall be received related to the care of children.
