Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 9:45am. The center director was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection, and given a list of items required to complete the inspection. There were 20 children and 4direct-care staff present. Ratios and supervision were in compliance at the time of the inspection. The facility appeared to be clean, and classrooms were well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were areas of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov
Note: Current regulation and Code numbers are handwritten on the original inspection report issued to the licensee.
