Plan of Correction: All water bottles were provided from each child?s home and were labeled with the child?s full name during the licensing visit. All lunch boxes are stored in each child?s individual cubby, which is clearly labeled with their name. Each lunch box was also labeled with the child?s full name during the licensing visit.
The center has reminded all parents to label both lunch boxes and water bottles. All teachers have been reminded to double-check that water bottles and lunch boxes are properly labeled upon each child?s arrival.
