Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A virtual monitoring inspection was completed on November 23, 2021. There were 22 children present, ranging in ages from 1 month to 5 years, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medications, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children's records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
New requirements became effective on October 13, 2021. Not all requirements could be reviewed or observed during this inspection. The program is to review the new requirements and work with their assigned inspector to ensure compliance.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
