Inspector Notes

Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced on-site complaint inspection conducted on May 9, 2022. The inspection was held from 1:00p.m. to 2:15p.m. At the time of arrival there were 27 children in the care of five staff members. There were 42 children enrolled in the program. The inspection was in response to a complaint that was received in the Valley Licensing Office on May 5, 2022. The complaint was related to the Supervision and Special Care Provisions sections of the licensing standards. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation and the complaint disposition was, therefore, "not valid." There were no violations of the licensing standards issued. Three staff members were interviewed and one child's record was reviewed.
