Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on March 7, 2025 and completed on April 18, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 6, 2025 relating to allegations of care, protection, guidance and over the counter skin products. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews. Additional interviews were conducted off-site.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
