Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on October 5, 2023 from 8:45 am to 9:45 am. The children were observed playing in with toys and eating breakfast. There were 4 children present, ranging in ages from 2 to 4 years, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, nutrition, and background checks. A total of 5 child records and 3 caregiver records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
