Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:30pm-1:40pm. There were 10 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 caregivers. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 3 caregivers records were reviewed. The children were observed eating, and preparing to nap. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection.
