An unannounced Subsidy and Health Inspection was conducted with in conjunction with a Code Compliance inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in Religiously Exempt requirements are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Five children's records were in compliance with the code requirements. Five staff
records were reviewed. There were no medications on site to be reviewed.

Plan of Correction: The facility staff stated that the central registry background check was requested but documentation was not available during the inspection. The director was not available during the inspection. Follow-up regarding the staff's central registry will be completed once the director returns.
