Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 11/7/22. The provider does not have any children in care. According to the provider the last children in care attended in February of this year. The provider has a large space and toys and other materials. At the time of the inspection she was caring for her own 3 year old. He was watching TV, playing with toys, eating a snack and creating some art. Reviewed household records as well as provider records.

Based on the review of the physical plant, the provider failed to have cleaners stored inaccessible to children.
Evidence: Based on the review of the physical plant, the provider has cleaners stored under the bathroom sink. The child safety lock is broken and does not keep the cabinet locked.
Plan of Correction: It broke last week, I will buy a new lock for the cabinet.
