Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 11/7/22. The provider does not have any children in care. According to the provider the last children in care attended in February of this year. The provider has a large space and toys and other materials. At the time of the inspection she was caring for her own 3 year old. He was watching TV, playing with toys, eating a snack and creating some art. Reviewed household records as well as provider records.

Violations
1Evidence: Based on the review of the physical plant, the provider has cleaners stored under the bathroom sink. The child safety lock is broken and does not keep the cabinet locked.
