Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/14/2023. The provider had no children in care. The provider is renovating the child care area and hoping to have children enrolled later this summer. Discussed health and safety and curriculum the provider will be using.
A violation notice was given to the provider with this inspection summary.

Based on the review of the providers household paperwork the provider failed to get a CPS check for one household member.
Evidence: A household member has turned 14 and does not have a cps check in the file.
Plan of Correction: I thought the age was 15, I will get the background check done this week.
