8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS.

Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on February 28, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of entrance, children were five children in care with four staff members present. Children were observed engaged free play at centers, hand washing, and library time. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
