Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:50 am-12:15pm. There were a total of 12 children with three staff members present. Children were observed during centers, handwashing, bathroom breaks, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. A selection of staff and children records and other documents were reviewed.
