Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on December 16, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were seven children present and four staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
