Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was completed from 2:50 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. There were 27 children present, ranging in ages from infant to preschool, with 6 staff supervising. The director/owner was also present.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
Children were observed having a snack, playing inside and outside, washing hands, and during rest time.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
