Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/15/2024 and concluded on 5/15/2024. There were 44 children present with nine staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records and five staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:00 am and concluded at 10:15 am.
