An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 05/15/2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office relating to allegations of policies and procedures and parental involvement. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
