Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 5/15/2025 and completed on 5/16/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 5/6/2025 relating to allegations of swimming and wading. The inspector reviewed one children?s records and one staff records electronically on 5/16/2025. This inspection included document review, interviews and measurements.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
