Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:07pm-12:54pm. At the time of entrance, 22 children were in care with 5 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 4 children?s records and 2 staff records. Children were observed during naptime.

Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence:
The most recent license was not posted . The posted license was for licensure period 02/23/2021- 2/22/2023. The license also was posted in area that is not visible to parents. It was located in area that was originally walk way but items are stored.
