Inspector Notes
An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted this date. A total of 26 children with 5 staff were present. This inspection occurred between 2pm and 4pm with only the childcare and after school care operating. The children in the childcare classroom were napping. The cots were arranged with adequate space between and positioned to ensure accessibility if needed. Some children who remained awake were sitting quietly on the carpeted area looking at books. The after-school children arrived by bus. They went directly to the playground/blacktop area for outdoor play. The classroom was already set up to complete an afternoon art activity and snack was planned. A total of 5 staff records and 3 children?s records along with all injury reports for the school year were reviewed.
