Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/28/24 at approximately 11:20am and concluded at approximately 11:50am. There were a total of 3 children ( 7 points) observed with 1 caregiver present. The children were engaged in a cooking demonstration/preparation by a chef. They counted measurements and ingredients and practiced counting in English and Spanish. Once the pancakes were done, they ate snack. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, emergencies and nutrition. No medication on site today. A total of 3 children's records and 2 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. Discussed the need to continue use of a hard copy record of daily attendance that documents arrival and departure versus on an app only.
