Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection completed on 2/28/24, 11:20am-11:50am. There were 3 children present with 1 caregiver supervising. The children were engaged in watching a cooking demonstration and they participated by identifying ingredients, counting measurements, keeping time in English and Spanish. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
