During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 8-4-25. The on-site inspection began at 11:10am and ended at 2:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 89 children present and 14 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 8/13/25. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

4During inspection in the unlocked kitchen directly off the front hallway where children have access, 2 containers of detergent, 1 container of multi-purpose cleaner, 2 containers of disinfectant, and 1 container of sanitizer were stored in the open area under the sink in an unlocked area.

Upon entering the Infant B classroom, 2 children (ages 10 months old and 13 months old) were observed sleeping in cribs and no staff were present on the Infant B side of the half wall in the classroom.

At the time of inspection, in the Infant A classroom, 6 children (under age 16 months old) were observed with 1 staff member on the Infant A side of the classroom which is divided by a half wall.
