Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on May 18, 2023, from approximately 9:15 AM to 10:50 AM . There were 15 children present, ranging in age from three years to five years, with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care, and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and three staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
