Inspector Notes

A modification inspection was conducted on July 13, 2023 from approximately 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM. The center is on summer break so no children were present. The provider is requesting to modify the license to change the capacity based on the use of additional space. The request to modify the license was received upon submission of the renewal application.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
