Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/20/2023 from 11:17 am to 2:45 pm. There were 40 children in care, ages 4 months to 6 years in four groups under the care of 12 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. The children were observed washing hands, having lunch, and indoor and outdoor play.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
