Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on February 23, 2023 in response to an allegation received by the department on January 26, 2023 regarding supervision and children's records. The Inspector was on site from approximately 3:45 pm until 5:30 pm. Interviews with staff were conducted, documentation reviewed including children?s records, and attendance sheets.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law and therefore; the complaint was not valid. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the Licensing Inspector.
