Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on May 20, 2024. The inspector was on site from approximately 2:55 pm until 4:20 pm. The site director was present during the inspection. There were 29 children present, ranging in ages from five to eleven years, with four staff supervising. Children were observed in the cafeteria where they played with magnetic blocks and colored. Children participated in an art activity making puff paint and later played a game of sharks and minnows in the gym. Snack and handwashing were also observed.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records were reviewed. Four staff records were reviewed remotely on June 3, 2024.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
