Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/14/2024 and completed on 11/14/2024. The on-site inspection began at 2:45pm and ended at 4:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were thirty-one children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records on-site and three staff records electronically on 11/15/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Violations
1Staff #3 had completed nine hours of training between July 2023 to July 2024.
