An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/6/24 in response to a self-reported injury requiring medical attention that was received by the licensing office on 11/6/24. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
