Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 09/07/2021. The Provider was contacted by telephone and an inspection was conducted. There were 8 children present (a total of 22 points), ranging from infant to preschool age, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication (no meds on site); special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 8 children records, 2 staff records, and 6 household records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
