Inspector Notes
An on-site renewal inspection was concluded on 02/18/2022, between the hours of 9:30 am through 12:30 pm. The Provider was contacted in person and an on-site inspection was conducted. Specific documentation was also requested prior to inspection; making up the virtual component of this inspection. There were 10 children present (25 points), ranging from infant to preschool age, with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 12 children records, 6 household records, and 3 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was (1) non-compliance with an applicable standard. This violation was documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program.
