Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using and alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on July 21, 2021 and concluded on August 6, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 64 children present directly supervised by 12 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The inspector reviewed on 5 children records, 3 medications records and 4 staff records.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation of infant formula, the center did not ensure prepared formula was dated.
Evidence: Child #3 was present during the inspection and infant formula which was refrigerated were not dated for today.
