A complaint investigation was initiated on March 23, 2022, with another local agency and ended on May 31, 2022, regarding a school-age child arm squeezed by a staff member. Interviews were conducted and documentation were reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding behavioral guidance.
