Inspector Notes

An in person renewal study was conducted today. There are 8 children present (25 points) with 3 caregivers. Children were observed playing outside, reading books, and eating lunch. 3 child and 4 caregivers/household records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances. Based on a review of records, caregiver and a household member record does not contain documentation of repeated Central Registry Searches (CPS) in the allowable 5 year time frame.

Based on the Provider?s statement, a resident of the home did not submit to a nationwide fingerprint search within 30 days of becoming a resident.
Evidence:
